The Exercise and Wellness Center at Elk Ridge Village has something for everyone at every fitness level. It is equipped with treadmills, stationary bikes, NU step machines, free weights, and weight machines. We also promote line dancing, Tai Chi, Yoga, stretch classes, and much more.
